UniFi Care: managed services for UniFi networks
You bought good equipment. UniFi Care keeps it updated, monitored and working, for a flat monthly fee, without you logging into anything.
Networks need looking after. Firmware updates fix security holes and bugs but occasionally break things, so they should be applied deliberately, after a backup, by someone who will notice if something goes wrong. Access points fail, switches fill up, someone changes a password, a new printer needs a port. UniFi Care is the plan that makes all of that our job.
We connect your UniFi console to our monitoring, so we see outages, failing devices and unusual traffic as they happen. Updates are scheduled, backed up and applied in a maintenance window. Configuration changes are a message away and usually done the same day. Plan clients get priority on support, remote first and on site when needed, and a quarterly summary of what we did and what we recommend.
The plan covers networks we installed and networks we adopt after an audit, for homes and for businesses with one site or several.

Common questions
Do I have to buy the hardware from you?
No. We can adopt an existing UniFi network after an audit to make sure it is in a supportable state.
Is there a contract?
Plans are month to month. If you stop, you keep your equipment, your console and your documentation.
What about the rest of my IT?
UniFi Care covers the network, Wi-Fi, cameras, access and phones on the UniFi platform. Workstations, servers and software can be added on a separate support plan.
