Plenty of small businesses are still renting copper lines and a phone box in the closet that nobody can configure. A modern phone system runs on the internet you already have: an auto-attendant that greets callers and routes them, voicemail delivered to email, ring groups so nothing rings out, and calls that follow you when you leave the office.

Common questions
Can I keep my phone number?
Yes. Numbers are ported to the new service, and the old line is only cancelled once the port completes, so there is no gap.
How much does a business VoIP system cost?
It depends on how many people answer calls, how many numbers you need and whether you want desk phones. Most small offices pay less than they do now for copper lines. We give you a written price after a short conversation about how calls come in, before anything changes.
Do you serve businesses in Oakville, Burlington or Hamilton?
Yes. We install and support business phones across Southwestern Ontario, including the Oakville, Burlington and Hamilton area, as well as Brant, Norfolk and Oxford counties.
Cloud phones or UniFi Talk, which is right for us?
If people mostly answer on the road or from home, a cloud phone system with nothing on site is simplest. If you have a front desk and desk phones, especially on a UniFi network, UniFi Talk keeps the system in your office and in the same app as your Wi-Fi and cameras. We recommend one after hearing how calls come in today.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Calls can forward automatically to mobiles so customers still reach someone, and for phone-critical businesses we can add a backup internet connection that keeps the system online.
Can it handle remote staff and more than one location?
Yes. Softphone apps put the office extension on a laptop or mobile anywhere, and multiple sites can share one system, one auto-attendant and one set of numbers.
