Business phone systems and VoIP
A phone system that runs on the network you already have, costs a fraction of a landline, and lets you answer the shop line from your cell.
Small businesses are still paying for copper lines and a box in the closet that nobody can configure. VoIP replaces that with desk phones and apps that work anywhere there is internet, an auto-attendant that greets callers and routes them, voicemail to email, and call handling that can follow you out of the office. Your existing number comes with you.
We offer two routes. A hosted VoIP service, where the system lives with a provider and you pay per user, is simplest for most businesses. An on-site UniFi Talk system suits sites that already run UniFi and want everything in one console with no per-seat fee. Either way, we supply and configure the phones, set up the PoE switching and VLANs that keep voice clear, port your numbers, and train the people who answer the phone.
Because we install the cabling and network as well, call quality is designed in rather than troubleshot afterwards.

Common questions
Can I keep my phone number?
Yes. Numbers are ported to the new service; the old line is cancelled only once the port completes.
What if the internet goes down?
Calls can be set to forward automatically to mobiles, so callers still reach someone. A backup internet connection is an option for businesses that depend on the phone.
Hosted VoIP or UniFi Talk?
Hosted is simplest and scales per user. UniFi Talk suits sites already on UniFi that want no monthly per-seat fee. We will recommend based on your call volume and setup.
