Our own business runs on software we wrote: a client portal where customers accept quotes, pay invoices by card, book service calls and view their network documentation, connected to QuickBooks for accounting, Stripe for payments, VoIP.ms for text messages and Google Search Console for search reporting. It is the same kind of system we build for clients, sized to how they work.
Most projects are smaller than people expect: an intake or booking form that lands in the right inbox and calendar, a dashboard that puts sales and job numbers on one screen, an automation that raises the invoice when a job is marked done, or a portal where customers download their own documents.
Everything is documented and built on mainstream, well-supported technology, so you are never locked in to us. We can host it, monitor it and keep it updated, or hand it to your own team. Projects run remotely by video call, email and shared test versions, so where you are does not matter.

Common questions
Is custom software expensive?
It does not have to be. Many projects are a few days of work that pay for themselves quickly. We scope and quote it in writing before anything is built.
Can you connect the software we already use?
Usually. If a system has an API, or can import and export data, we can connect it. We will tell you up front if it cannot be done cleanly.
What happens if you are not around?
Everything is documented and built on common technology, and you own the code and data, so another developer can pick it up.
