Our platform of choice

# Ubiquiti UniFi, installed properly.

Wi-Fi, switching, security gateway, cameras, door access and phones, all managed from one console. UniFi is our standard for homes and small business because it gives enterprise-grade results at a price that makes sense, with no per-device licence fees. We design it, install it, and can look after it for you.

## Why we standardise on UniFi

We have installed and run a lot of network gear over twenty years. UniFi is what we recommend most often, for reasons that matter to the person paying for it.

01 / Cost

### No licence fees

You buy the hardware and you own it. No monthly cloud fee per access point or camera, which is where most "enterprise" systems quietly get expensive.

02 / One console

### Everything in one place

Network, Wi-Fi, cameras (UniFi Protect), door access (UniFi Access) and phones (UniFi Talk) share one app and one login. Fewer vendors, fewer surprises.

03 / Scale

### Grows with you

The same platform covers a two-bedroom house and a multi-site business. Add an access point, a camera or a second location without starting over.

04 / Local

### Works when the internet doesn't

Recording, access control and local control keep running if your connection drops, because the controller lives on site, not in someone else's cloud.

## What we install

Typical UniFi projects, for homes and for business. Every install includes a site survey, clean cabling, a labelled rack or enclosure, and a handover with documentation.

UniFi Network

### Gateway, switching & Wi-Fi

The foundation: a UniFi gateway with firewall and VPN, PoE switching, and access points placed from a real survey rather than guesswork.

- Cloud Gateway or Dream Machine sized to your connection

- PoE switches with VLANs for guests, IoT and cameras

- Wi-Fi 6/7 access points, indoor and outdoor

- Remote access and site-to-site VPN

UniFi Protect

### Cameras & doorbells

4K PoE cameras and video doorbells recording locally to your own NVR. No subscription, no footage leaving your building.

- Indoor, outdoor, PTZ and licence-plate cameras

- Local recording with smart detections

- Viewing from your phone, anywhere

- Integrated with door access and alarms

UniFi Access & Talk

### Door access & phones

Fobs, PINs and phone-based unlock for doors and gates, plus desk phones and an auto-attendant on the same network.

- Readers, intercoms and hubs with audit logs

- Schedules and remote unlock

- UniFi Talk phones with number porting

- Hosted VoIP alternative if you prefer

## UniFi Care: we look after it

A simple monthly plan for UniFi networks we install (or adopt). For people who want the network to be somebody else's problem.

### Monitoring

We watch the gateway, switches, access points and cameras around the clock and usually know about a problem before you do.

### Updates & backups

Firmware and security updates applied on a schedule, with a configuration backup taken first so nothing is ever lost.

### Changes

New device, new staff member, new Wi-Fi password, a port for the new printer: send a message and it is done remotely, usually the same day.

### Priority support

Plan clients go to the front of the line, with remote help first and an on-site visit when it is needed.

## Already have UniFi?

We adopt existing installs too. If yours was set up by a previous provider, a handyman, or a late night and a YouTube video, we can audit it, tidy it, document it and take it onto a plan. And if UniFi is not the right fit for a particular site, we will say so and recommend what is.
